Annual Meeting
The GSRWA Annual Members Meeting is a part of our Operator Field Day. At this meeting the delegates from at least ten percent of the Voting Members shall constitute a quorum for the transaction of any business which may properly come before the meeting
Only System Members may submit the name of one voting delegate and one alternate delegate for the purpose of voting at the annual meeting. Please submit your completed delegate form by August 14, 2026.
During this year's meeting we will be voting to elect two qualified candidates to serve on the GSRWA Board of Directors.
Candidates for Board Director must notify the Executive Director, Luis Adorno, of their intent to run for a seat no later than 48 hours prior to the meeting in order to have their name printed on the official ballot. Additional candidates for Board Director positions may be nominated from the floor at the annual meeting.
Candidates for GSRWA office shall not distribute literature, discuss candidacy, or campaign while conducting meetings for the Association. No candidate shall use the official GSRWA logo, its mission statement, and/or stationery in any campaign literature. No candidate shall solicit nor accept staff endorsements, or assistance in their campaign
