How are rates determined?
Everyone interested in coverage fills out a personal health questionnaire, no physical required, and rates are locked in for 12 months.
I'm a single family business, do I qualify?
Yes, even groups of one qualify. Both individual and family options are available.
Who's the carrier?
Triad Benefits provides comprehensive major medical plans for small group employers. Plans meet Affordable Care Act compliance requirements.
Do I have to enroll all my employees?
Only the eligible employees interested in coverage.
How long do I have to qualify?
There is no enrollment period. It's ongoing. You can enroll during any month of the year.
Do I have to have a business to qualify?
Yes, you must have a federal tax ID.
What's the average increase?
